I am incredibly honored to serve as President of ALPFA Greater Sacramento during such an important and transformative time for our community.

We remain deeply committed to empowering Latino professionals and students by elevating leadership, accelerating career growth, and driving meaningful impact across our region. In a workforce that continues to evolve, representation and influence matter more than ever. Our chapter creates intentional spaces for networking, mentorship, professional development, and authentic connection, because success should not be navigated alone.

Although our Latino community is vibrant, talented, and rapidly growing, there is still meaningful work ahead to ensure our voices are present where decisions are made and leadership is defined. In 2026, we remain committed to creating pathways, expanding access, and developing leaders who will help shape the future of business, government, technology, and beyond.
