Program Registration

DivERGe registration is part of the Premium Professional Pass, which includes:

 

  • Pre-Convention Program: An intensive two-day experience designed to empower ERG leaders and members.
  • Professional Pass to the ALPFA Convention: Full access to the Career Fair, workshops, plenary sessions, select receptions, and networking opportunities.
  • Virtual Programming: Post-convention sessions designed to support the ongoing development of ERG leaders and advance organizational DEI goals.
Program Details

Part I : Pre-Convention Programming

During this two-day immersive program, participants engage in hands-on workshops, interactive sessions, and structured networking. The focus is on enhancing leadership skills, refining ERG strategies, and aligning initiatives with organizational DEI goals.

Part II: ALPFA Convention

Participants gain full access to the convention, where they connect with peers, industry leaders, and corporate partners. The convention experience reinforces pre-convention lessons and offers opportunities to showcase and refine ERG initiatives.

Part III: Virtual Learning

The virtual phase continues the program’s impact with quarterly sessions designed to deepen participants’ knowledge, refine ERG strategies, and address emerging challenges in DEI and ERG leadership. This phase also integrates tailored coaching sessions, providing expert guidance to help participants apply what they’ve learned and cultivate thriving ERG cultures.
