New Mexico’s greatest investment is in our people and our youth. ALPFA New Mexico is building a statewide leadership pipeline that connects students, emerging professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives with the experience, mentorship, professional development, career opportunities, and relationships that can help them build successful futures right here in New Mexico. Our goal is bigger than preparing people for their future. We want to create a culture of leadership where those who have built successful careers and businesses share their experience, open doors, mentor others, and help prepare the next generation to lead.

Our vision is to establish ALPFA student chapters across New Mexico at universities, community colleges, and trade schools, creating opportunities for young New Mexicans to develop leadership skills, build professional networks, connect directly with employers and experienced professionals, and see a pathway to opportunity right here at home. Through mentorship, internships, professional development, networking, and access to industry leaders, ALPFA can help bridge the critical space between education and employment and between employment and leadership.
