Hello, ALPFAmilia! I hope you all have been having a great and 2024 so far. As you may already know, new members have joined us and I invite you to become familiar with our 2024 ALPFA board. We’ve already had multiple engaging conversations around events and initiatives for the rest of this year and next one as well.

Human Resources

• Organization representatives to oversee partnership deliverables
• Opportunity cost of business time to participate in planning, executing and attending events

Capital Resources

• Budget allocation for sponsorship
• Internal cost for hosting events on–site at Sponsor venue

Business Engagement

• Internal Business Champions to amplify partnership and benefits
• Marketing of partnership internally and encouragement of cross business participation in events/activities

Enhance Diversity Brand

• Increase attraction due to dedicated investment in empowering Latino leaders.

High Caliber Talent Pipeline

• Heighten exposure to a growing network of 4,000 Latino Professionals and Students
• Enhance ability to fill key organizational roles with Diverse Talent

Professional Development

• Opportunity for employees to build skills/talents beyond their “day job” responsibilities

The people who serve on committees of our chapter are the means by which the chapter provides high-quality programs and events. Service on the board or on a committee is a volunteer activity that is an enriching experience that allows you to develop leadership, team-building, and project management skills.
