MEET OUR BOARD

Brenda Rios has served on the ALPFA Michigan board since 2019, holding various board positions. She accepted the role of president of the chapter in the spring of 2026. At Ally, Brenda Rios, director of Auto Marketing Content, is responsible for the strategic development and oversight of all aspects of Marketing Content for Ally’s Auto and Insurance business lines. Previously, Brenda led public relations for the Dealer Financial Services team with responsibility for daily media coverage, press releases and the media website. She has been active with Ally’s Latino Employee Resource Group, Aliados, which has 1,800 employee members nationally, serving as national lead of the group for two years. She joined Ally in 2017 from healthcare, having led HR Communications for Anthem Inc. and served as a speechwriter for the CEO of Trinity Health. She also worked in PR for General Motors and Anthem, Inc. and was a business reporter at the Detroit Free Press. She has a master’s degree from the University of Maryland and is based in Detroit.
