Lulu Walker is a business and community leader dedicated to advancing Latino representation in the workplace and helping others reach their full potential. Isabel Cable is the Founder of Access Fort Worth, where she brings business leaders together to create meaningful relationships that drive growth, collaboration, and economic impact. Previously, she served as Vice President of Member Services & Strategic Growth at the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and spent over a decade at Uline, building expertise in business development and leadership. As a Board Member of ALPFA Fort Worth, Isabel is passionate about expanding opportunities for Latino professionals, strengthening community, and connecting people to the relationships that help them succeed.

Destiny is a Manager in Advisory at Weaver, where she specializes in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and provides internal audit and advisory services to banking and financial institution clients. With more than five years of advisory experience, she has developed extensive expertise across areas including lending, accounting, ACL/CECL, investment management, deposit operations, wires and HR/payroll. In her role, Destiny leads audit engagements, works closely with clients and leadership teams, and helps organizations strengthen their internal controls, manage risk, and improve operational processes. She is also passionate about developing others and growing as a leader, with a focus on creating a collaborative and supportive environment for her teams. Destiny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and a Master’s in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and is actively involved in professional organizations, including ALPFA Dallas and Texas Young Professionals. Outside of work, Destiny enjoys traveling, spending time with family and pets, staying active, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

Stacey Guillen Bridges is a growth strategist, business development executive, and ecosystem builder based in Dallas-Fort Worth. She's spent more than 15 years helping organizations grow and helping people navigate change, working across enterprise, nonprofit, and civic spaces in roles spanning workforce development/mobility, public affairs, and business development/sales, much of it in service of the Latino business community across North Texas. Stacey is the founder of One Drop Plus, LLC, her growth strategy, speaking, and consulting practice built around her signature 3R Framework. She also describes herself as an AI Translator, helping leaders make sense of AI tools and bring them into their organizations in practical, human centered ways. Alongside One Drop Plus, Stacey is founder and principal advisor of Bridges Concierge Navigator Group (BCNG), where she focuses on deal flow and the organizational change that comes with it, guiding companies and people through pivots that matter (i.e. through mergers, restructuring, and relocations in ways that protect the business and take real care of the people going through it). A bilingual, bicultural leader, Stacey holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a BS in Global Development and Communications from Cornell University. She was named to the Dallas Business Journal's 40 Under 40, serves as Programming Chair for the Fort Worth Forum and a board member of Fort Worth Sister Cities International, and is a proud graduate of Leadership North Texas, Class XVII. She's deeply committed to opening doors for Latino professionals and entrepreneurs, and her personal brand tagline says it best: Building Bridges with Intentionality.

Chris Campbell is a community advocate, entrepreneur, and civic leader dedicated to creating opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities. As a Founding Board Member of the ALPFA Fort Worth Chapter, he is committed to advancing leadership, professional development, and economic opportunities for Latino professionals across North Texas. A proud third generation Texan and lifelong Fort Worth resident, Chris serves as the CEO of Esperanza Property Management. Beyond his professional work, he actively serves on numerous nonprofit and civic boards focused on education, youth leadership, economic development, and community engagement. Chris believes that leadership begins with service, and that meaningful change happens by investing in people. Whether mentoring emerging leaders, supporting local nonprofits, or connecting professionals with opportunities, he strives to lead with integrity, collaboration, and corazón. His mission is simple: to uplift his community, empower the next generation, and build a stronger Fort Worth for all.
