ALPFA Boston

ALPFA chapters empower Latino professionals locally, offering tailored networking, mentorship, and career-building opportunities to fuel personal and professional growth.

Hello Boston

From Our President

ALPFA Boston serves as the Boston chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of Latinos today and for future generations. The ALPFA Boston chapter was established in the year 2000 as the premier professional association serving the Latinx community in the Greater Boston area and beyond.

With over 10,000 student and professional members across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, ALPFA Boston is considered one of ALPFA’s largest chapters in the country. Our ALPFAmilia constitutes a powerful network of leaders making an impact in their personal and professional lives and in the Latinx community. Our membership is comprised of approximately 69.6% of professionals and 30.4% of students (college undergraduate and graduate students).
