Overview
Honors individuals or partners who have been champions of LGBTQ+ inclusion within the Latinx community and their organizations. This award acknowledges those who have taken a leading role in advocating for LGBTQ+ representation, mentorship, and workplace inclusivity, driving meaningful change in their industry.
Minimum Criteria
- Led or implemented major LGBTQ+ inclusion initiatives.
- Provided mentorship or advocacy for LGBTQ+ Latinx professionals.
- Influenced workplace policies fostering diversity and inclusion.
- Active engagement in ALPFA or similar networks promoting equity.
