Our New York chapter was founded in 1998 as the first of its kind on the East Coast and has grown to be the largest national chapter with more than 10,000 members composed of executives and professionals across a range of industries. In addition, we have a strong body of students from local universities and colleges.

As we step into 2026, I’m filled with pride and purpose reflecting on how far we’ve come, and where we’re headed together. Our community of Latino professionals continues to rise, not just in numbers, but in influence, innovation, and impact.

For the past few years we have been the recipient of Chapter Leadership awards, including Chapter of the Year and Innovative Chapter.

This year, we embrace a bold new vision that captures the heart of our mission and the power of our collective momentum:

This vision is more than a statement, it’s a call to action. It reflects our commitment to:
