FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Hola ALPFAmilia,

We are excited about the strategic plan our Board has prepared for this year! I am honored to serve as President with my Board of Directors. We have grown exponentially, but this could not have been possible without the dedication & continuous effort of our incredible team of volunteers and leaders. It’s Q2 and we have already achieved one of our strategy pillars, to have a fully staffed board to aid in the effective execution of our chapter deliverables.

For the rest of 2024 and beyond, our Board and Operating Committees are excited about our events and programs that are underway and/or being developed to make them meaningful to you as our members. Our goal is to provide ample opportunities for professional development, networking and community engagement. Let’s continue empowering and connecting Latino leaders for impact and create a more equitable workforce.

Who We Are

Our New York chapter was founded in 1998 as the first of its kind on the East Coast and has grown to be the largest national chapter with more than 10,000 members composed of executives and professionals across a range of industries. In addition, we have a strong body of students from local universities and colleges.
