Overview
Honors an executive who has championed diversity and supported ALPFA’s mission through impactful leadership. This award recognizes individuals in senior leadership positions who have actively promoted inclusivity, driven positive change within their organization, and served as a role model for Latinx professionals.
Minimum Criteria
- Holds a senior leadership role (VP, SVP, C-Suite, or equivalent).
- Proven commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Active engagement with ALPFA programs and events.
- Influences policy or investments advancing Latinx professionals.
