L.E.A.D. registration is part of the Premium Professional Pass, which includes:

 

  • Pre-Convention Program: Two immersive days of leadership development tailored to early executives.
  • Professional Pass to the ALPFA Convention: Full access to the Career Fair, workshops, plenary sessions, select receptions, and networking opportunities.
  • Virtual Programming: Continued learning and engagement through post-convention virtual sessions designed to reinforce and expand on key program themes.
Program Details

Part I : Pre-Convention Programming

Over two intensive days, participants engage in interactive workshops, leadership simulations, and structured networking. The curriculum focuses on defining leadership identity, enhancing executive-level skills, and creating actionable plans for professional and personal growth.

Part II: ALPFA Convention

Participants gain full access to the convention, where they can connect with peers, industry leaders, and potential employers. The convention experience reinforces the lessons from the pre-convention programming while offering new opportunities for professional advancement and networking.

Part III: Virtual Learning

This phase extends the program’s impact with quarterly virtual workshops and applied learning sessions. Participants will explore advanced topics, including wealth creation, community engagement, and personal well-being. Coaching and consultation elements are embedded into this phase, ensuring personalized guidance and support for sustained leadership growth.
