ALPFA Cares – Let’s Give Back!
Volunteers, volunteers, and more volunteers are needed!!

ALPFA Cares is close to our hearts. This program started several years ago and focuses on community outreach. ALPFA’s members make it a priority to give back to the communities in which we live.

Today we are proud to announce that High Place Community Development has invited ALPFA Michigan to make an impact in the city of Pontiac as part of the outreach program, "Lifting a City".

Lifting a City is an effort to reach out and touch those in the Pontiac community who have been affected by various economic and social challenges that have faced that community.

With efforts to increase our reach into the Hispanic/Latino community, ALPFA members have committed to assist with any of the following:
    - Meet & greet
    - Translation
    - Serving food

We will be needed on Saturday, November 17, 2012 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at the following address: 313 East Walron Blvd. Pontiac, MI.

Additional services being provided are detailed below:
- Lunch from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm
- Free turkey or ham for families
- Health care screening
- Clothes closet for those in need of free clothing

Register and make donation by November 10.
