You are a high performing junior staff member on a demanding client engagement team and because of your strong leadership potential, you’ve been selected by your region’s diversity leader to join a group of professionals who are tasked with taking a fresh look at your firm’s diversity recruiting strategy.  One of the reasons they selected you is to tap into your views as a Generation Y professional, hoping to learn more ways in which technology can be leveraged in the development of the new strategy.  What are the key components in the design, development and implementation of a Latino recruitment program i.e. business case, goals, challenges, program structure, benefits, etc.?  How do you evaluate progress of a recruiting process that targets a segment of the market such as the Latino population?  Once successful, what can the company do to leverage the program beyond recruiting?
