Convention Products and Opportunities

The following are some of the opportunities in which sponsors will be able to access talented Latinos in business, finance and accounting from across the country.

Convention Guide: Filled with important information on events, workshops, speakers and the career fair, the guide is continually referred to by attendees and provides a great showcase for your company’s ad.

Professional and Student Workshops: With over 60 workshops spanning 3 days on technical and soft-skills, this provides direct, personal access to our attendees, and an opportunity to showcase the talent in your company (CPE credit is available).

Chapter Leader’s Reception: A kick-off event to the convention, this reception is an invite-only event for professional and student chapter leaders; a strategic event to meet some of the top leadership in ALPFA. Sponsor of this event will get to address the guests, and the option of providing a branded item for chapter leaders.

Women of ALPFA: Sponsors of this program will participate in a panel discussion with top notch speakers from throughout the country and receive a VIP table at the Woman of ALPFA Luncheon. Your company will also be recognized as a sponsor on all related marketing and event signage.

Scholarship Luncheon: Talented students from throughout the country will be recognized along with the sponsors that have provided scholarships. The luncheon lead sponsor is allowed the opportunity to speak at the event, provide a promotional item to be placed on every luncheon table, and two VIP tables. Additional sponsors will participate in the panel discussion following the luncheon.

Executive Series Power Breakfast: This program was created specifically for our C-level professionals to network and learn from each other. Lead sponsor will receive keynote remarks, and supporting sponsors will have the opportunity to participate in the panel discussion.

Leadership Luncheon: The ALPFA Leadership Luncheon brings together C-level executives for a powerful panel discussion and also recognizes our Chapter Presidents. The luncheon lead sponsor will have a speaking opportunity, receive two VIP tables, and provide a promotional item to be placed on every table. Additional sponsors will participate in the panel discussion.

Career Fair: Meet and recruit from the highly talented pool of university students and experienced professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for your company to showcase it’s commitment to diversity as well as your offerings to consumers and potential employees.

Gala Reception and Dinner: The grand finale to our four days, this event celebrates the success of the convention and kicks-off the planning for the next year. Sponsor of the reception and/or dinner receives prominent recognition on all marketing related to the event, and speaker remarks.

**Additional full registrants over and above the registrants included in your sponsorship package must register as individual professional registrants. Any recruiters who participate in the Career Fair ONLY will register as an EXHIBITOR for $150.00 (Includes lunch on Monday).
